Policies & Preparation Guide 

1. Arrival Time

We kindly request that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you to settle in and ensures your treatment begins on time, as we prepare carefully for each guest.

2. Late Arrivals & Cancellations

To respect the time of our next guest, late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.

• Grace Period: Guests arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show.

• Fee: In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

3. Hair Preparation

There is no need to wash your hair prior to your visit. Simply arrive as you are, and let us take care of the rest.

4. Hair Extensions & Protective Styles

At this time, we are unable to perform services on guests with hair extensions, braids, or dreadlocks. We kindly ask that these be completely removed prior to your appointment to ensure we can properly treat your scalp.

5. Makeup Notice

Depending on your selected treatment, a portion of your makeup may be removed during the facial or scalp massage. If you wish to reapply your makeup afterward, we recommend bringing your personal cosmetics with you.

6. Attire

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully unwind. Complimentary premium bathrobes will be provided for you to change into upon arrival.
