Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy  

At Seraphic Head Spa, we value your time and reserve appointments exclusively for each guest. To help us accommodate everyone, we kindly ask that you review our policy below:

24-Hour Notice

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no fee.

Late Changes (Within 12 Hours)

Any appointment modifications or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service amount.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or failure to arrive for your appointment (no-show) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
